the quickly moving feet
I jump in anticipation
of the bump,
the push aside to the next
train,
track,
stop.
How long will I wait?
How did I get here?
Thoughts running wildly
I wasn't trampled,
good.
I’m here,
good.
What happened?
I have no idea
except for the voice I heard
saying out there somewhere
Stand clear of the closing doors please!
